You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and purchase our products. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Orders and Payments

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, discontinue products, or alter specifications without prior notice.

b. Pricing

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product information. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel your order.

c. Payment

You agree to provide valid payment information at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for your order. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions.

d. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

e. Order Cancellation

Orders that are submitted online are entered into production immediately and may not be cancelled.  Once your order is received, you may return it to us in new and unused condition.  Your choice of a refund or exchange will be issued.

3. Shipping and Returns

a. Shipping

We will ship products to the address provided at the time of order. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

b. Returns and Refunds

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  In the event we made a mistake, please contact us within 15 days of delivery via email at midwestwicks@gmail.com with details of the error.  If item(s) arrive damaged, we ask that you contact us within 15 days of delivery via email at midwestwicks@gmail.com with details of the damage and attach a photo of the damaged package or goods.  We will make every effort to make it right.

Requests for a refund or exchange may be made via email at midwestwicks@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.  A reply email will be received with return instructions.  Return shipping costs apply and the item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition to be accepted.  Once the item(s) are returned, inspected and approved, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment, or the requested exchange will be shipped.   Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and it is recommended a trackable shipping method be used for the return.

 

We will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit.  If you have an issue with your candle after you have begun burning, please contact us with details of the concerns.

a. Ownership

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Midwest Wicks or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.

b. Trademarks

Midwest Wicks and our logo are trademarks of Midwest Wicks. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

b. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Wicks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Midwest Wicks harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.
